On the first ideologies of the manga of our famous author of My Hero Academia, Kohei Horikoshi. He imagined our protagonist, Kacchan, as being kind and gentle, and when he insulted others, it was always unintentional.The original draft was thought to be a little too boring, and so they changed his personality so that he could be more interesting to the fans. He, at one point, was even supposed to have the name “Ground Zero” but it was thought to be too violent
9-Kacchan\’s Emo Phase
Fans of the anime/manga will know that Kacchan has at least four differents skull shirts, and he has been wearing them since his time as a preschooler (we can see it during the flashback between Deku and Katsuki playing in the park, for example).
While he may have a good time throwing insults at others and giving people funny nicknames because he can\’t literally remember their real names, he clearly should be known as the emo kids!
8-Strategy Battle
One of the few times where he is not yelling is when he\’s on the battlefield. He may be young, but he takes fighting like a pro-hero with self-control. and because of that, when he fights, he\’s incredibly cleaver and calm. It is actually this sense of calm that allows his classmates to see him in a different light and look up to him for how well he does in battles, he stands out by using his explosive quirk in a totally unique way with an uncommon ability to react quickly.
Not only the fact that he is extraordinarily rational but he can even make an entire strategy while fighting, and he never underestimates his opponents. ( or almost )
7-Dealing With Stress
We cannot stress that enough. Katsuki Bakugo is a character who has figured that the best way for people to understand how he feels is to yell his way through the anime series.
Whether he is talking about his feelings, dealing with his peers, children, adults, or even people he respects, Katsuki chooses to yell. While it may not be the best way of dealing with stress or the feelings, it definitely makes for a hilarious character trait. He is the comic relief in many ways for the shonen, as it is his constant yelling that has not only fans, but even the characters in the show cracking up. the author, Kohei Horikoshi, had imagined Katsuki Bakugo as being nice when she started out. Fortunately, our Kacchan will remain as it is in the current work and over the coming seasons!
6-Showing Off Quirk On Public
Kacchan doesn\’t believe that heroes should hide who they are, even if it is prohibited, and it is for that reason that he has absolutely no problem displaying his Quirk in public. He will often activate it for many reasons, between just being stressed out, showing off, or if he wants to intimidate whoever he is yelling at. But, this makes the side of the character really interesting, because Katsuki Bakugo has always known how to remain humble and in her ideologies..
However, even though he can be a show-off, he is always honest about who he is, and because of that, he is actually able to tell when someone is lying to him, proving that he can judge peoples characters quickly and well.
5-Katsuki\’s Mind
Although people say that he is a wild character, and he can sometimes seem like a villain, Katsuki Bakugou actually has a very strong moral. He doesn\’t like lying, which is why he rather fight a battle to the death instead of lying to save himself.
He is not in the interest of being dishonest, and he never does anything that would betray his heroic side, even when it has the potential to change the outcome of a battle. This is one of the reasons why fans flocked to him; although fans love a wild character in an anime show, they love it, even more, when that character has pure depth.
4-His Heroic Pride
For a long time, Katsuki\’s pride made him work without teamplay, as he thought that others would slow him down and can\’t accept the fact that he need supports. His pride is also the reason as to why he would sometimes lose a battle. However, it mostly got in the way of him making friends and working with a team.
When he did finally work with a team, for a long time he disregarded their thoughts, and made sure that they only listened to him. However, he improved with time, even though he can still act distasteful to some of them. He evolves over time and when he must accept that when the situation is crucial, he accepts teamwork.
3-During Free Time
When he\’s not training, which he does often, even Katsuki has some downtime. He enjoys eating spicy food, mountain climbing as running. If anything that kind of fits in with the rest of his personality traits.
But it is obvious that Katsuki trains 90% of the time during her breaks to always stay at the same capacity as her rival, Izuku Midoriya.
2-He\’s Very Kind
Although Katsuki Bakugo likes to shout at everyone because of his personality traits, he shows extraordinary kindness and humility, he is one of the heroes most likely to take over from Endeavor, Shoto Todoroki\’s father, we already know that: to replace All Might, and to be able to become the number one hero, all characteristics must be in S, consisting of 5 overall characteristics/notes: Power; Speed; Technique; Intelligence; Cooperativeness.
The only characteristic feature that will be missing is the only reason why he will unfortunately not be the first one: the cooperativeness, for the moment, but, everything can change…
1-He\’s Smarter Than He Lets On
Everyone knows Momo Yaoyoruzu is a genius, and although he has rightfully earned that title, Katsuki is actually also very cleaver. He has an extremely deep understanding of quirks, and how each hero uses them in a world record time.
He studies them closely during the battlefights to understand how great they are and even their weaknesses. For example, he learned how to propel himself with explosions without dying or getting seriously injured. It only adds to the depth of the character that he is highly intelligent but doesn\’t show it off, which we all know, many smart characters in anime tend to do.
